Our beloved Apple Butter Roulade (pictured) is a flourless spice cake rolled and filled with delicious cream cheese mousse and apple butter, then topped with a shimmering salted caramel glaze.
Our famous sonic cake is a rich dark chocolate flourless cake flavored with espresso beans and covered in chocolate ganache, topped with chocolate shavings.
